Photography Schedule Terms

 

• All parties must follow the approved shooting schedule. The photography team is not responsible for delays or changes caused by the bride, family or venue.

• Allocate a specific time for family photography and follow it. Confirm the order of activities one week before the event.

• Additional time for the wedding entrance or couple’s details has a minimum of one full hour. Half-hour extensions are available for family photography and studio sessions. Additional hours are charged according to the price list.

• The venue must be ready at least 30 minutes before photography starts. The bride should arrive 30 minutes before the session, with an assistant who knows the schedule throughout the shoot.

 

Bindery and Box Terms

 

Order details

• Specify the box type, dimensions, color and fabric when ordering. Details cannot be changed after 24 hours from order confirmation.

• Printing and albums are excluded unless ordered separately.

 

Production time and materials

• Production takes 10–14 working days, starting 24 hours after order confirmation and receipt of complete details.

• Workload or material shortages may affect delivery. The client will be notified of changes. Urgent orders carry an additional charge and depend on the production schedule.

• If a material or accessory is unavailable, a similar substitute of the same or higher quality requires client notification and approval.

 

Payment, cancellation and quality

• Full payment is required before manufacturing. Where a partnership agreement exists, its agreed payment arrangements apply.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after manufacturing begins. Made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless a clear manufacturing error differs from the agreed specifications.

• Report any problem within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photographs. If Black Muse makes a manufacturing error, compensation is determined according to the case, subject to reporting within this period.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It excludes misuse, incorrect transport or storage, moisture, high temperatures and tampering.

• The client must check dimensions and details before confirming the order. Errors caused by incorrect client information are not covered by compensation.

 

Shipping

• Shipping is arranged according to the client’s address and charged separately. The client bears shipping, tax and customs charges. Black Muse is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs procedures.

 

Photo Lab and Printing Terms

 

Images and files

• Submit files in the sRGB color space. Organize files and specify quantities, layout and requirements for each image or design. Google Drive is preferred for file delivery.

• Orders are approved after images are received in the correct format. Production begins after payment is confirmed and complete files are received.

 

Production and delivery

• 1–5 albums: 7–15 working days.

• 6–15 albums: 10–20 working days.

• 16 or more albums: 14–30 working days.

• Large or multiple projects require a separate schedule. Workload or material shortages may affect delivery, with client notification.

• An urgent service is available at an additional charge, with delivery within 24–48 hours for up to 20 images or designs.

 

Photoshop and design

• The scope of work and price are explained before work starts.

• One album-layout revision is included before printing. Replacing previously selected photographs is excluded. Additional revisions carry a charge.

• Revision comments must be sent within three days of receiving the final files.

 

Payment and cancellation

• Full payment, including shipping where applicable, is required before production.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after production begins. Refund requests are not accepted after complete file delivery or after work has started.

• If the lab makes an error, partial compensation or re-performance applies, provided the error is reported within three days.

 

Client responsibilities, privacy and shipping

• The client is responsible for file quality and accuracy. Black Muse is not responsible for errors caused by submitted images or text. Delays in supplying and approving details affect final delivery dates.

• Black Muse keeps client content confidential and does not publish client work without written permission.

• Shipping uses approved carriers and is charged separately. The client bears customs and tax charges in the destination country. Delivery within Jeddah follows the company schedule and carries an additional charge; collection from the company premises is also available.
